emmmm..last few weeks aku ada attend satu workshop (co.aku yg antar..hehe)..."Smart Money Skills".. really fun and knowledgeble. Dari situ baru aku sedar yg sebenarnya ada banyak cara yg boleh diguna pakai utk ' memberanakkan ' duit..( betul ker ayat aku nih?)... Duit memang x kan penah cukup..walau sebesar atau sekecik mana pun gaji yg kiter dapat..that's the fact.
lagi besar poket..lg besar belanja.. kalau dulu pakai kancil, bila gaji dah naik sket mesti terasa nak upgrade kan.. so pi mai pi mai tang tu..cam tu jugak balance duit kat bank.. x sampai abis bulan dah menunjukkan angka yg begitu tidak memberangsangkan...
Sbnrnya kiter bole control duit yg kite earn monthly tu..kena ader cara la..

aku listkan a few kat sini:-
1) investment - x kira la saham ker bon ker.. paling low class pun laburlah dlm ASB... sure berbaloi..
2) side income a.k.a part time business - ini mmg quite risky sket la tp aku sure ramai yg dah involve dlm personal business or free lance job..
3) beli rumah - sbbnyer boleh buat sewa kalau x nak duduk.. zaman skrg nih rege rumah mmg mahal.. sewa pun emmmm sendiri mau ingat la.. plus kalau nak jual rege rumah akan semakin meningkat. e.g: RM 188K bole jual sampai 300K.. it's true!

Tahun 2006 nih aku berazam nak manage duit yg aku earn monthly..nak buat keje part time mmg dah x larat sbb aku balik rumah pun x tentu masa.. plus keje yg sedia ada mmg dah setambun... tgh gigih nak beli rumah nih...

Akhirnya......

Fuh!!! Akhirnya apa yg aku tunggu tercapai... BONUS. Bonus dah masuk... Alhamdulillah..doa aku termakbul jugak.. emmmm.. semalam lagi aku dah withdraw some..heheh
cakap psl bonus nih.. aku bersyukur ngan apa yg aku dpt.. w/pun ia tak la sampai 5-6 bulan.. tp aku rasa ok la.. nak kata 100% puas ati, mmg tak ler..aku rasa cam based on my job bole dpt lebih laie..(heheh..kunun). Tp apa yg pasti "better than nothing". Kui! terpoyo laks pepagi nih..maklumla..ari sabtu nih sepatutnyer bg cuti je..tp kene keje la plak..Sib baik smlm dah masuk bonus..hehhehe..
Now, i'm waiting for my increment...hopefully better than last year la..sbb last year aku keje x sampai setahun laie..heheh..another thing that i'm still waiting for is the letter of the bonus and increment notice.. ishh bila ler HR nak bg nih.. betulla org ckp..Penantian itu satu penyeksaan...
Apa2 pun... life goes on....kekadang terpikir gak nak change/migrate to the new co. tp tungguuuuuuuuuu...............nak tengok increment dulu.. klu x memberangsangkan..chow shin chan ler..heheh

Bos baru....

Semalam dapat news dari bos aku, next week aku nyer account/portfolio akan di'hand-over' kat bos baru. Sbbnyer bos aku dah dipromotekan ke 'Director-Commecial'...
So, next week segalanya akan berubah..Ntah ler,aku pun x pasti la samada bos baru aku nih better dr bos skrag aku or the other round... Tp yg pastinya aku rasa cam something will happen... May be he will re-arrange the whole operation stated in the SOP... may be yes, may be no...ntah la..sukar utk diramal..
Frankly speaking, i like my lady boss.. she's so professional..i really admire her.. the way she work and the way she express her opinion..perfect! I want to be like her...one day. The best thing 'bout her...always 'finger tips' heheh...
By the way, selagi aku berkhidmat kat opis nih, tak kira la sapa boss aku..i will give my full commitement to my job...

Bahasa Jiwa Bangsa..kui!

heeeeeeee... pepagi nih dah cukup membuatkan aku hangin satu badan.. bukannya apa, hangin ngan customer yg x reti2 nak pham bahasa.. ckp melayu pun x phm, omputis pun x phm, abis nak aku ckp bhs sepanyol kut! ikut suka ati depa ja nak ubah planning.. dahla nak cuti panjang, buat hal la plak.. heeee ikutkan ati nak jer bakar company tu..sabar, sabar, marah tu kawan syaitan..

berbalik ke isu bhs td..teringat msa kat uum dulu. Elektif subject amik bahasa sepanyol..kui! siap dapat A lagi..
best giler masuk kelas bhs sepanyol..x ramai oun 1 kelas.. seingat aku member2 kamceng masa kat u yg amik: oya, drun & zira..
kena lak lecturer hensem.. (dr amerika latin kalu x silap).. 100% concentrate dlm kelas.
part plg best bila kena buat group presentation..heheh...siap buat sketsa "bwg putih bwg merah tu" ckap dalm bhs sepanyol..hahah.. tp skrg dah lupa la..ada la sikit2 duk ingat..
memori semua tu...

Bonus oh Bonus!

bonus oh bonus....!! bila la nak memunculkan diri nih.. aku rasa dah lama dok tunggu nih.. semuanya masih dalam teka-teki..HR pun satu mangkuk hayun..bukannyer nak announce ader bonus ke tak! Ingat org keje free2 ker? Last appraisal bkn main lagi cakap performance bagus la..bonus byk la.. increment ader la.. last2 hingga ke detik nih hampeh!
sebenarnya aku nih dah buat plan utk bonus yg bakal aku dapat nih..(ewah..confident jer dapat..hehe..ayat penyedap ati tuh..). Dah lama dok simpan angan2 nih..di antara angan2 aku tu nak beli sofa kat rumah... x best la plak org datang duduk bersila kat atas tikar sarawak tu..hehe...
harap2 cepat2 la diaorang announce bonus... raya cina nih nak balik kedah..hua hua hua..
harap2 dapat la sebelum cuti panjang nih..Amin....
