Dear All,

With regard to the above visit by the Minister, the Top Management has decided that all staff in HQ will have to come to the office on Sunday (25 May 2008). The event is expected to start from 8.30 a.m. and finish at about 1 p.m. FYI, a half day replacement leave will be given to all staff. The dress code for that day is office attire.

For the above reasons, please ensure that the housekeeping at your work area is taken care off. All files and documents must be properly arranged and maintained.
